How to get here
Our office sits on Joliet Street in downtown West Chicago, just southwest of the Main Street commercial district and the West Chicago Metra station (Union Pacific West line). Look for parking directly at the building.
From Route 59 (Neltnor Blvd)
Head into downtown West Chicago via Washington Street or Main Street, then turn onto Joliet Street. We are a short distance from the downtown core.
From Roosevelt Rd (IL-38)
From Wheaton or Winfield, take Roosevelt Road west, head north into West Chicago, and follow signs toward downtown and Joliet Street.
From North Ave (IL-64)
From the north, head south on Route 59 or Neltnor Boulevard toward downtown West Chicago, then connect to Joliet Street.
Parking & transit
On-site parking is available at the building. The West Chicago Metra station is a short drive away for patients arriving by train.
